Spark Art Studios & Emporium, LLC sells artwork and merchandise featuring original artistic designs. Products may include canvases, prints, apparel, accessories, home décor, and other printed or customized merchandise.

The artwork appearing on our products is either:

• Created by Spark Art Studios & Emporium, LLC or its owner; or
• Used under a license or other authorization granted by an independent artist or copyright holder.

The sale of a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, copyright, or any other intellectual-property right to the purchaser.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product presentations, written content, and other creative materials displayed on this website are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Copyright in artwork created by independent artists remains with the respective artist or copyright owner unless those rights have been expressly transferred through a written agreement. Spark Art Studios & Emporium, LLC uses such artwork under licenses or permissions granted by the appropriate rights holders.

Purchasing a product provides the customer with ownership of that physical product only. It does not authorize the customer to reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial use, distribute, publish, modify, sell, license, manufacture products from, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork appearing on that product.

Artist Attribution

When an independent artist’s name is identified in a product listing, the attribution recognizes that artist’s contribution. Artist attribution does not necessarily mean that the artist manufactures, sells, ships, endorses, or provides customer service for the finished merchandise.

Product Images and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to present our products and artwork accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on a customer’s screen, device, display settings, printing process, material, product size, or manufacturing method.

Because designs may be adapted to fit products of different shapes and dimensions, placement, scale, cropping, and coloration may vary slightly from the images displayed online. These ordinary variations are not necessarily defects.
